Harry Potter Challenge Blog #2
So...this weeks reading has gone by exceptionally slow. The fifth book is so long, so I understand why J.K. Rowling is really taking her time to get to the dramatic die hard scene in the novel, she has to keep her fans on edge. I particularly just want to plow my way through the book, but I want to understand what is going on right now. You know, I never knew a villain that wore pink before this novel came out. Professor Umbridge is an evil little lady in pink. I always hated that color, she makes me hate it even more. Don't give up Harry! Evil never wins!

Glad to see you're getting through the books so quickly. Order of the Phoenix is the only book in the series I've read and I agree it's a tough one to get through. I know you'll get through it. I don't know if you've seen the movies, but it's very cool to see the differences between them and the books.

Summer, I'm really impressed with how fast you've gone through these books. I know it is somewhat of an easy read but there are also some periods when the plot is a little slow like you say in the fifth book. This was easily my least favorite of the series so I encourage you to just get through it and then you won't be able to stop reading the last two books in the series because of all the action.
